Bringing Bollywood Magic to Life
When Amiga Montessori approached us to plan and style their end-of-year gala, they wanted an evening filled with colour, culture, and celebration. Inspired by the glam and energy of Bollywood, we transformed the beautiful San Remo Ballroom into a vibrant, immersive experience that dazzled from start to finish.
A Vision of Colour and Vibrancy
The team at Amiga Montessori envisioned a celebration that reflected the vibrancy and energy of Bollywood while creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere for their staff and guests. From bright floral arrangements to dynamic entertainment, every detail was meticulously planned to bring the theme to life.
The Setup
Floral Centrepieces and Table Styling
The tables featured stunning, colorful floral arrangements that created a real focal point throughout the space. Each centrepiece was made up of bright, vibrant pink, organe, red, and purple florals, a real contrast to the dark and elegant venue.
Drape Entrances & Custom Signage
The entrance to the ballroom was draped with pink and gold drape, creating a grand welcome for guests. Custom signage in Bollywood-inspired fonts and colours completed the entranceway, guiding guests into the space.
Henna Station
A dedicated henna station positioned near the entranceway offered guests the chance to experience some traditional art. We decorated this space with shimmering gold drape, a low-lying table, and colourful cushions. The Henna station was a huge hit with the guests and really contributed to the overall atmosphere.
The Entertainment
The entertainment for the evening elevated the event to a whole new level. Bollywood dancers captivated the audience with their high-energy routines, while a DJ kept the dance floor packed all night.
A 360-degree photobooth also provided hours of fun for guests!
A Celebration to Remember
Transforming the San Remo Ballroom into a Bollywood-inspired dream required thoughtful planning and creativity. The team worked tirelessly to ensure that every element of the setup was on theme and contributed to creating an unforgettable experience.
The result was a truly memorable event that captured energy of Bollywood while celebrating the Amiga Montessori community. Guests were immersed in an evening of music, dance, and cultural experiences! We can’t wait for next year’s gala.
