What types of wedding products do you offer for hire?
We offer a wide range of hire products for wedding ceremonies and receptions. From furniture, dance floors, and lighting to fresh & artificial florals, entranceways, drape, and styling items, we have everything you need to bring your wedding vision to life.
Is there a minimum hire charge?
Yes, our minimum spend on hire equipment is $1,000 for events held from January-November, and $5,000 for events held in the month of December. Minimum spend does not include delivery and labour costs.
Do you offer delivery, setup, and pack-down services for wedding hire products?
Yes, our expert team will handle everything from delivery and setup to pack down after your wedding so you can focus on enjoying your special day. You won’t need to lift a finger!
What happens if any of the hire items get damaged during the event?
We understand accidents happen. If equipment is lost or damaged, please inform us immediately. Depending on the extent of the damage, fees will apply. In some cases, the bond may cover loss or damage, but otherwise all repairs and replacement will be paid for by the client.
Do you offer custom wedding décor options?
Absolutely! We can create custom décor and products to match your wedding theme and vision. Our event planners will work with you to bring your ideas to life. Get in contact with us for more info.
How do I book wedding hire products?

Can you help with theming and styling for my wedding?
We can! Our experienced event planners and stylists are experts when it comes to creating a cohesive theme or style. They will work with your theme or style to make sure your wedding looks exactly how you envision it.
What if I need to make changes to my order after booking?
We understand plans change. Please let us know ASAP if you need to make changes to your booking and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Please note that any changes to your order will be subject to equipment availability and may not always be possible.
